To all international orienteering friends!
Welcome to the Norwegian Orienteering Championship at Holtaalen 10-13 September 2009.

Holtaalen is a community of about 2 000 inhabitants, situated in the middle of Norway, 125 kilometres south-east of Trondheim. Trondheim is the third biggest city in Norway and host for the World Orienteering Championship in August 2010.
TERRAIN
The terrain will be similar to what you will find at the WOC in Trondheim, so coming to Holtaalen will be an ideal opportunity to practice for the World Championship.

The Organizing Committee is delighted to invite orienteering friends from other countries to take part in the competitions. Orienteers from abroad will start right before the official races in the following events:
Thursday 10 September: Long Distance
Friday 11 September: Long distance (juniors):

Saturday 12 September Middle Distance (juniors)
Middle Distance final
